Third Class visited Sligo Library on Thursday 5th March for World Book Day to meet author Erika McGann. Third Class had just finished reading one of Erika’s novels ‘Diary Detectives’ so they were very excited to meet her. They really enjoyed their visit and loved listening to Erika tell stories about her childhood and where she got some of her inspiration for her writing. Some of the library staff dressed up for our visit.
Third Class also enjoyed dressing up as their favourite character for World Book Day.
