WOW! What a busy month Junior/Senior Infants had. The children got to explore their new Halloween Aistear stations, create some fabulous art work and even try some Barmbrack.
The writing genre we were focusing on this month was recount so the children got to retell one of their favourite stories ‘Room on the broom’.
We introduced a new game in PE and also did some fun Halloween yoga in our classroom.
Junior Infants started handwriting, while Senior Infants started adding up to 6.
On the last day before Midterm we made some yummy crispy squares together and then the children got a chance to taste. Safe to say there wasn’t a crumb left!
These hard workers deserve a week of rest now, keep up the good work Junior/Senior Infants 🙂
