Yesterday, we travelled to Connolly Park in Collooney to take part in a blitz organised by our Coaching Development Officer, Ciara.
We were divided into three teams and enjoyed a series of matches against pupils from St. Joseph’s N.S., Collooney, St. Paul’s N.S., Collooney, and St. Lassara’s N.S., Ballinacarrow. It was a fantastic morning of football, and we were delighted that the weather stayed on our side throughout the event.
A sincere thank you to Ciara for organising such a fun-filled and enjoyable day. All of the games were played in a wonderful spirit, with great sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect shown by everyone involved.
A special word of thanks to all the referees for giving their time and helping to ensure the blitz ran so smoothly.
