Well done to our girls and boys FAI soccer teams who represented our school this week.
The girls played four very competitive matches playing Rosses Point, Gaelscoil, Grange and St. Edwards, finishing 3rd in their group, an excellent achievement for these girls who played so enthusiastically in every game.
We had two boys teams take part today in their FAI competition. St. John's Team 2 played four games and enjoyed their day under the beautiful sun in McSharry Park.
Congratulations to our St. John's Team 1 who won all of their four games today. They beat some very strong teams including St. Brendan's, Sooey, Gaelscoil and Strandhill. They now progress to the medium schools FAI finals day on the 14th April. All support welcome on the day. Well done boys!
