Today was another fun day! Our day started with an assembly where the boys received their medals for reaching the Shield Final. Kayla and Freddie were presented with certificates for Handwriter and Gaeilgeoir of the month.
After break we went to Abbey Drive to complete our Sponsored Walk. We then headed back to the school for the much talked about Students v Teachers basketball match.
The atmosphere was electric at the basketball court. The teachers were represented by Mr. Caldwell, Ms. Kilgannon, Ms. O'Flaherty, Catherine & Teacher. The students were represented by Sixth Class. It was a very tight game, and some excellent skills were on show from both sides. Eventually it finished a draw. Teacher was very happy & exhausted when the final whistle blew. Imogen was busy interviewing Ms. Curly for a post match reaction.
After lunch we were all treated to an ice cream. They were delicious 🍦.
We can't wait for sports day tomorrow.
