Today, Monday 23rd June, we held a graduation ceremony for our 6th Class who’ll be finishing up their primary education later this week.
It was a beautiful ceremony with all the pupils chipping-in during the preparations for it.
Our thanks, as always, to Fr. Towey for his presence and wise words of advice, to the parents who were able to be with us, to Mr Caldwell and all the teachers who helped on the day and, of course, to the children themselves. A special presentation to Fr. Towey who will be retiring from our parish next month concluded the ceremony.
To finish up, the children tucked into pizza and fries while the adults enjoyed a well-deserved cup of tea!
A good ending is the start of an even better beginning! Best wishes 6th Class!
